Carol is the founder and President of CBVision consultants with over 25 years’ experience as a consultant, entrepreneur, executive coach and academic. Carol works internationally with CEOs and executive teams on identifying and addressing complex business transformation and leadership performance issues, and guiding organizations from vision to execution. Her consulting and academic strength is focused on making workplaces healthier, more humane and productive.

In addition to her leadership position at CBVision, Carol holds the positions of Professor of the Practice of Governance and Management at USC’s Sol Price School of Public Policy, and Director of the Executive Master of Leadership Program. Carol has taught and coached hundreds of aspiring leaders to guide change and sustain high-performance cultures. After a successful corporate career, she was previously the co-founder and president of Newpoint Healthcare Advisors, a national healthcare managment consulting firm, helping clients improve business and human performance.

She currently serves as a member of the Industry Board at Claremont Graduate University’s Drucker School of Management, Advisory Board at the Los Angeles Police Department, and Advisory Board at OurMilkMoney.org. She is a nationally recognized speaker and author of articles on leadership, cultural transformation, disruptive change and governance.

Carol earned a Ph.D. from Claremont Graduate University, a Master’s of Public Administration from USC, and a B.A. from the University of Toronto.
