  • Edward Ladon

    Edward H. Ladon, Ph.D. is a bi-lingual, community psychologist with expertise in behavior change, strategy, e-learning and working in multi-cultural settings across diverse communities. His consulting practice focuses on aligning organizational objectives and goals with those of individuals and teams to improve performance, satisfaction and to achieve goals. Dr. Ladon has an unflagging dedication and commitment to client service and to supporting clients as they embrace systemic change. His extensive experience in working in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environments makes him particularly effective.

    In his consulting capacity, Dr. Ladon has managed multiple community needs assessments, strategic planning, culture change and business development engagements. He is bilingual in Spanish and, for the past 10 years, has taught conflict resolution and provided trauma consultation in rural communities in Colombia, SA.

    Ed is a Licensed Psychologist who earned his Ph.D. in Clinical and Community Psychology at the University Virginia and received advanced training in Mediation and other alternative dispute resolution approaches. As Director of Consultation for the Worcester (MA) Youth Guidance Center he created collaborative relationships with community based service programs across the region. Dr. Ladon worked for the Colorado Children’s Healthcare Access Program (CCHAP) at The Colorado Children’s Hospital, training pediatricians on cultural competency and integrated care.

    Dr. Ladon has held faculty positions at University of Massachusetts Medical Center, University of Denver and University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
